Sendgram is developed and operated under the developer name O3 APPS. This Privacy Policy explains how Sendgram accesses, collects, uses, stores, protects, discloses, and deletes user and device data.

Account and profile data. We process your Sendgram username, internally generated account identifiers (including Sendgram ID), profile information you choose to provide, profile photo if you set one, language/settings, and account plan or entitlement status.
Security and device data. Sendgram processes device-linked identifiers and security state needed for account security, trusted-device controls, rate limiting, lockouts, session verification, cryptographic key management, and abuse prevention. Passwords are not stored by Sendgram in plain text. Some security values are stored only as cryptographic hashes or verifiers. If an account is permanently deleted, a one-way device retirement token and permanent username/Sendgram-ID tombstones may be retained to enforce anti-abuse and one-device/identity rules.
Social graph and communication metadata. We process friend requests, friendships, blocks, chat membership, message identifiers, sender/recipient identifiers, timestamps, message type, delivery/read state, deletion state, view-once consumption state, reactions, and similar service metadata needed to deliver the service.
Message and media content. Ordinary Sendgram chat text, photos, videos, and voice messages are protected with end-to-end encryption in the current supported message path. Sendgram infrastructure stores or transports encrypted content, but the ordinary message content is designed not to be readable by Sendgram or intermediary service providers. Metadata described above is not necessarily end-to-end encrypted.
Reports and moderation evidence. If you choose to report content, Sendgram may collect the report reason/details and, where you explicitly consent, a review copy of reported photo/video content. Moderation evidence may be retained for safety, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance even if the reporting or reported account is later deleted.
Calls. Voice and video calls use WebRTC. We process signaling data such as call/session identifiers, caller/callee identifiers, status, timestamps, SDP/ICE signaling, and technical connection information needed to establish the call. Call audio/video is not intentionally recorded or stored by Sendgram. Media is sent peer-to-peer when possible; if a direct connection cannot be established, encrypted WebRTC traffic may be relayed through a TURN provider.
Purchases. If you purchase Premium through Google Play, Google processes your payment method. Sendgram may receive and store product identifiers, purchase/subscription tokens, transaction/entitlement status, and expiry/verification information needed to activate and verify Premium. Sendgram does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple App Store or Google Play.
Sendgram requests camera and microphone access only for features that need them, such as capturing a profile photo, sending camera-captured media, voice messages, voice/video calls, and MixLock verification. Sendgram does not require access to your phonebook, SMS, call logs, or precise/approximate location for its core service.
Sendgram's translation feature performs translation on the device. Message text used for translation is not sent to a remote translation server. Language models may be downloaded to the device when needed.
MixLock speech recognition used by the current security flow is performed locally on the device. The spoken MixLock phrase is not intentionally uploaded as an audio recording for remote speech recognition.
We use data to create and secure accounts; deliver friend, chat, media, translation, call and Premium features; synchronize service state; prevent spam, fraud and abuse; enforce blocks, rate limits and device-security rules; provide moderation/reporting; troubleshoot service reliability; comply with legal obligations; and process account/data deletion requests.
Sendgram uses infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf, including Supabase for authentication/database/realtime/backend functions, Cloudflare for object storage and TURN relay services, and the applicable platform store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) for distribution and billing. On-device translation may use Google ML Kit language models.
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not use Sendgram message content for advertising. User-to-user transfers are initiated by users as part of the communication service.
Network connections use modern transport encryption. Ordinary supported chat content uses end-to-end encryption. Sensitive local security material is protected using device/platform security controls where available. No security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Users can permanently delete their Sendgram account from within the app using the account-deletion flow. The deletion process removes the account/authentication record and associated service data according to Sendgram's deletion implementation, and performs best-effort cleanup of ordinary stored media.
Some limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud/abuse prevention, legal compliance, or moderation. This includes permanent username and Sendgram-ID tombstones, one-way device-retirement security hashes, and moderation/report evidence where necessary. These retained records are not used to recreate the deleted account.
Users who no longer have the app installed must also be able to request deletion through the external account-deletion resource published in Google Play: https://sendgram-legal.pages.dev/delete-account.
You can control profile information, blocks, message/chat deletion features, app permissions, Premium subscription management through the relevant store, and permanent account deletion. Camera and microphone permissions can also be revoked from your device's system settings.
Service providers may process data in countries other than the user's country. Where required, appropriate legal and contractual safeguards should apply to such processing.
Sendgram is not designed for children under 13. Users who are below the digital-consent age applicable in their country should use the service only where legally permitted and with any required parental or guardian authorization.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Sendgram changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.

Güvenlik ve cihaz verileri. Hesap güvenliği, güvenilir cihaz kontrolü, hız sınırlama, kilitleme, oturum doğrulama, kriptografik anahtar yönetimi ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için cihazla ilişkili kimlikler ve güvenlik durumları işlenir. Parolalar düz metin olarak saklanmaz. Bazı güvenlik değerleri yalnızca kriptografik hash veya doğrulayıcı olarak tutulur. Kalıcı hesap silme sonrasında kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve kimlik/cihaz kurallarını uygulamak için tek yönlü cihaz emeklilik belirteci ile kullanıcı adı/Sendgram ID mezar taşları kalıcı tutulabilir.
Sosyal grafik ve iletişim metadatası. Arkadaş istekleri, arkadaşlıklar, engeller, sohbet üyeliği, mesaj kimlikleri, gönderen/alıcı kimlikleri, zaman damgaları, mesaj türü, teslim/okundu durumu, silme durumu, tek-görüntüleme tüketim durumu ve reaksiyonlar gibi hizmet metadatası işlenir.
Mesaj ve medya içeriği. Mevcut desteklenen mesaj yolunda normal sohbet metni, fotoğraf, video ve sesli mesajlar uçtan uca şifreleme ile korunur. Altyapı şifreli içeriği taşır veya saklar; normal mesaj içeriğinin Sendgram veya aracı hizmet sağlayıcılar tarafından okunamaması hedeflenir. Yukarıdaki metadata her zaman uçtan uca şifreli değildir.
Şikâyet ve moderasyon kanıtı. İçerik bildirmeyi seçerseniz şikâyet nedeni/açıklaması ve açık onay verdiğinizde bildirilen fotoğraf/video için inceleme kopyası toplanabilir. Moderasyon kanıtı güvenlik, kötüye kullanım önleme, uyuşmazlık veya yasal uyum gerekçeleriyle hesap silindikten sonra da saklanabilir.
Aramalar. Sesli/görüntülü aramalar WebRTC kullanır. Çağrı kimliği, arayan/alıcı, durum, zaman damgası, SDP/ICE sinyallemesi gibi bağlantıyı kurmak için gerekli teknik bilgiler işlenir. Çağrı ses/görüntüsü Sendgram tarafından bilerek kaydedilmez veya saklanmaz. Mümkünse P2P kullanılır; doğrudan bağlantı kurulamazsa şifreli WebRTC trafiği TURN üzerinden aktarılabilir.
Satın alımlar. Premium satın alımı Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Google ödeme yöntemini işler. Sendgram yalnızca Premium'u doğrulamak/açmak için ürün kimliği, satın alma/abonelik tokenı ve entitlement/süre bilgilerini işleyebilir. Tam kart bilgileriniz Sendgram'a verilmez.
Kamera ve mikrofon yalnızca ilgili özellik kullanıldığında istenir. Sendgram çekirdek hizmet için telefon rehberi, SMS, arama kayıtları veya konum izni gerektirmez.
Çeviri cihaz üzerinde yapılır; çeviri için mesaj metni uzak bir çeviri sunucusuna gönderilmez. Gerekli dil modelleri cihaza indirilebilir.
Mevcut MixLock konuşma tanıma işlemi cihaz üzerinde gerçekleştirilir; MixLock ses kaydı uzak konuşma tanıma amacıyla bilerek yüklenmez.
Hesap oluşturma ve güvenlik; arkadaşlık, sohbet, medya, çeviri, arama ve Premium özellikleri; durum senkronizasyonu; spam/dolandırıcılık/kötüye kullanım önleme; engel ve hız sınırı kuralları; moderasyon; güvenilirlik; yasal yükümlülükler ve veri silme talepleri.
Sendgram; kimlik doğrulama/veritabanı/realtime/backend için Supabase, nesne depolama ve TURN için Cloudflare, Android dağıtım ve ödeme için Google Play kullanır. Cihaz içi çeviri Google ML Kit dil modellerini kullanabilir.
Kişisel/hassas kullanıcı verilerini satmayız. Mesaj içeriğini reklam amacıyla kullanmayız.
Ağ bağlantılarında modern aktarım şifrelemesi kullanılır. Desteklenen normal sohbet içeriği uçtan uca şifrelenir. Hassas yerel güvenlik verileri mümkün olduğunda cihaz/platform güvenlik mekanizmalarıyla korunur. Hiçbir güvenlik sistemi mutlak değildir.
Kullanıcılar uygulama içinden hesaplarını kalıcı olarak silebilir. Bu işlem hesap/auth kaydını ve ilişkili hizmet verilerini siler ve normal depolanmış medyanın temizlenmesini mümkün olduğunca gerçekleştirir.
Güvenlik, dolandırıcılık/kötüye kullanım önleme, yasal uyum veya moderasyon amacıyla sınırlı bazı kayıtlar tutulabilir. Buna kalıcı kullanıcı adı ve Sendgram ID mezar taşları, tek yönlü cihaz emeklilik hash'leri ve gerekli moderasyon/şikâyet kanıtı dahildir. Bu kayıtlar silinen hesabı yeniden oluşturmak için kullanılmaz.
Uygulamayı artık kullanamayan kullanıcılar Google Play'de yayınlanan harici silme kaynağından da silme talebi gönderebilir: https://sendgram-legal.pages.dev/delete-account.
Profil, engelleme, mesaj/sohbet silme, izinler, mağaza üzerinden Premium yönetimi ve kalıcı hesap silme kontrolleri kullanıcıya sunulur.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar verileri kullanıcının ülkesi dışındaki ülkelerde işleyebilir. Gerekli olduğu durumlarda uygun yasal ve sözleşmesel güvenceler uygulanmalıdır.
Sendgram 13 yaş altı çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır. Ülkesindeki dijital rıza yaşının altında olan kullanıcılar yalnızca yasal olarak izin verilen ve gerekiyorsa ebeveyn/vasi onayı bulunan durumlarda hizmeti kullanmalıdır.
Sendgram değiştikçe bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde yürürlük tarihi yenilenir.
