These Terms govern use of Sendgram, operated under the developer name O3 APPS. By creating an account or using Sendgram, you agree to these Terms and the Sendgram Privacy Policy.
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your country. You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure and for activity performed through your account. Sendgram usernames and Sendgram IDs may be subject to permanence or anti-reuse rules. The service may enforce device-based security and account limits.
O3 APPS grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sendgram for lawful personal communication, subject to these Terms and applicable store terms.
You remain responsible for content you create or send. You must not use Sendgram for unlawful threats, harassment, exploitation, fraud, malware distribution, spam, impersonation, copyright infringement, or other illegal or abusive conduct. You must not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, blocks, Premium restrictions, or moderation systems.
Supported ordinary chat content uses end-to-end encryption. Service metadata needed to operate Sendgram is not necessarily end-to-end encrypted. Reports submitted by users may intentionally provide moderation information or content for review. No security technology can guarantee absolute confidentiality against every device compromise, user action, or attack.
Sendgram's media capture and calling features require device permissions. Voice/video calls are established using WebRTC and may use peer-to-peer connectivity or TURN relay fallback. Availability and quality depend on devices, networks, permissions, and third-party infrastructure.
Sendgram may offer Basic and Premium plans. Basic may include limits such as a maximum number of friends and media-duration limits. Premium may unlock higher limits or additional features such as video calling. Current features, prices, billing periods and eligibility are those displayed in the app/store at the time of purchase.
Purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed by the applicable platform store, including Apple App Store or Google Play, under that store's payment and refund rules. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable store. Deleting Sendgram does not necessarily cancel a store subscription; cancellation should be performed through the store account.
Users may block other users and report content. We may investigate abuse reports and may retain necessary moderation evidence. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten users or the service, or create legal/security risk.
You may permanently delete your Sendgram account using the in-app deletion function. Permanent deletion may also permanently retire the deleted username, Sendgram ID, and a one-way device-security marker in order to enforce anti-abuse/security rules. Certain moderation or legally required records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is intended to be irreversible.
Sendgram is provided on an evolving basis. Features may be added, modified, limited, suspended or removed for security, legal, technical, cost, store-policy or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or network.
Sendgram relies on third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Supabase and Cloudflare. Their outages, restrictions, terms or changes may affect Sendgram. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Sendgram software, branding, logos, interface elements and original service materials are owned by or licensed to the developer, except for third-party materials and open-source components governed by their respective licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendgram is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from security incidents. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's country of residence.

Bu Koşullar, O3 APPS geliştirici adı altında sunulan Sendgram kullanımını düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak veya Sendgram'ı kullanarak bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikasını kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Bulunduğunuz ülkede hizmeti kullanmaya yasal olarak yetkili olmalısınız. Parolanızın ve cihazınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Sendgram kullanıcı adı ve Sendgram ID için kalıcılık/yeniden kullanım yasağı uygulanabilir. Cihaz tabanlı güvenlik ve hesap limitleri uygulanabilir.
O3 APPS, bu Koşullara ve mağaza koşullarına uymanız şartıyla Sendgram'ı yasal kişisel iletişim amacıyla kullanmanız için sınırlı, kişisel, geri alınabilir, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez kullanım hakkı verir.
Gönderdiğiniz içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Tehdit, taciz, istismar, dolandırıcılık, zararlı yazılım, spam, taklit, telif ihlali veya diğer yasa dışı/kötüye kullanım amaçları yasaktır. Güvenlik, hız sınırı, engelleme, Premium veya moderasyon sistemlerini aşmaya çalışamazsınız.
Desteklenen normal sohbet içeriği uçtan uca şifreleme kullanır. Hizmetin çalışması için gereken metadata her zaman uçtan uca şifreli değildir. Kullanıcı tarafından gönderilen şikâyetler moderasyon amacıyla bilerek inceleme verisi/içeriği sağlayabilir. Hiçbir güvenlik teknolojisi her türlü cihaz ele geçirilmesi, kullanıcı davranışı veya saldırıya karşı mutlak gizlilik garanti edemez.
Medya ve arama özellikleri cihaz izinleri gerektirir. Sesli/görüntülü aramalar WebRTC kullanır ve P2P veya gerektiğinde TURN relay kullanabilir. Kalite cihaz, ağ, izinler ve üçüncü taraf altyapıya bağlıdır.
Sendgram Basic ve Premium planlar sunabilir. Basic; arkadaş sayısı ve medya süreleri gibi limitler içerebilir. Premium, daha yüksek limitler veya görüntülü arama gibi ek özellikler açabilir. Güncel özellikler, fiyat, dönem ve koşullar satın alma anında uygulama/mağazada gösterilen şekildedir.
Google Play satın alma ve abonelikleri Google tarafından işlenir. Abonelikler mağaza üzerinden iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenebilir. Uygulamayı silmek mağaza aboneliğini otomatik olarak iptal etmeyebilir.
Kullanıcılar diğer kullanıcıları engelleyebilir ve içerik bildirebilir. Kötüye kullanım şikâyetlerini inceleyebilir ve gerekli moderasyon kanıtını saklayabiliriz. Bu Koşulları ihlal eden veya güvenlik/yasal risk oluşturan hesapları kısıtlayabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Kalıcı silme; kötüye kullanım/güvenlik kurallarını uygulamak için kullanıcı adı, Sendgram ID ve tek yönlü cihaz güvenlik belirtecini kalıcı olarak emekliye ayırabilir. Gerekli moderasyon veya yasal kayıtlar Gizlilik Politikasında açıklandığı şekilde tutulabilir. Hesap silme geri döndürülemez olarak tasarlanmıştır.
Sendgram gelişen bir hizmettir. Güvenlik, hukuk, teknik nedenler, maliyet, mağaza politikası veya ürün kararı nedeniyle özellikler değiştirilebilir, sınırlandırılabilir veya kaldırılabilir. Kesintisiz hizmet ya da her cihaz/ağ ile uyumluluk garanti edilmez.
Google Play, Supabase ve Cloudflare gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanılır. Bu sağlayıcıların kesinti veya politika değişiklikleri Sendgram'ı etkileyebilir ve kendi koşullarına tabidir.
Üçüncü taraf ve açık kaynak bileşenler hariç Sendgram yazılımı, marka, logo, arayüz ve özgün materyaller geliştiriciye ait veya lisanslıdır.
Kanunun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde Sendgram “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Hatasız, kesintisiz veya tüm güvenlik olaylarına karşı bağışık olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye hukukuna tabidir; kullanıcının ülkesindeki zorunlu tüketici korumaları saklıdır.
