These Terms govern use of Sendgram, operated under the developer name O3 APPS. By creating an account or using Sendgram, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your country. You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure. Sendgram may enforce device-based security, account limits, and anti-reuse rules for usernames/Sendgram IDs.
O3 APPS grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sendgram for lawful personal communication, subject to these Terms and applicable store terms.
You are responsible for content you create or send. Threats, harassment, exploitation, fraud, malware, spam, impersonation, copyright infringement and other illegal or abusive uses are prohibited. You must not bypass security, rate limits, blocks, Premium restrictions or moderation systems.
Supported ordinary chat content uses end-to-end encryption. Service metadata is not necessarily end-to-end encrypted. User reports may intentionally provide moderation information/content for review. No security technology guarantees absolute confidentiality.
Media/call features require device permissions. Calls use WebRTC, peer-to-peer where possible, with TURN relay fallback when necessary.
Sendgram may offer Basic and Premium plans. Current features, prices, billing periods and eligibility are those shown in the app/store at the time of purchase. Google Play purchases/subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a store subscription.
Users may block and report other users. We may investigate abuse reports and retain necessary moderation evidence. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for violations, abuse, legal or security risk.
You may permanently delete your account in-app. Deletion may permanently retire the deleted username, Sendgram ID and a one-way device-security marker. Necessary moderation/legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Features may change, be limited, suspended or removed for security, legal, technical, cost, store-policy or product reasons. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Sendgram relies on services such as Google Play, Supabase and Cloudflare, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
Sendgram software, branding, logos, interface elements and original materials are owned by or licensed to the developer, except for third-party/open-source components under their own licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendgram is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user's country.

Parolanızın ve cihazınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Sendgram cihaz güvenliği, hesap limitleri ve kullanıcı adı/Sendgram ID yeniden kullanım kuralları uygulayabilir.
Tehdit, taciz, istismar, dolandırıcılık, zararlı yazılım, spam, taklit, telif ihlali ve diğer yasa dışı/kötüye kullanım yasaktır.
Desteklenen normal sohbet içeriği uçtan uca şifreleme kullanır. Hizmet metadatası her zaman uçtan uca şifreli değildir.
Güncel özellikler, fiyat ve abonelik dönemi satın alma anında uygulama/mağazada gösterilen şekildedir. Google Play abonelikleri Google Play üzerinden yönetilir.
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Güvenlik, kötüye kullanım önleme, moderasyon veya yasal gereklilikler nedeniyle sınırlı bazı kayıtlar tutulabilir.
